I am happy with my vehicle overall. I am only giving them a 1 star due to the treatment I’ve received from the financial services. They put my address information incorrectly. I have reached four multiple times to the dealership, and no one cares enough to help resolve this major issue. They took over 12 hours to return my call and still have not fixed this issue. My neighbor revived all my mail. Very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend them. They do not care once you’re out the door.

After I purchased the car I never heard from my sales person or anyone- after multiple emails, calls and voicemails. My due bill promised item that was in my contract was never fulfilled and I’ve been ghosted since I purchased the car.
My experience with the sales person Paul was good, but the aftermath of the sale unfortunately fell short. I purchased a pre-owned car, and they never fulfilled a due bill promised item over a month later. Ghosted me since I bought the car. Not responded to multiple phone calls, left messages, and emails.
Had a great experience Fernanda made the process very easy and smooth. She was very helpful and transparent with the all my questions. Would recommend to any new first time buyers!

Mitsubishi Redondo is one of the worst service providers in South Bay auto dealers. I have been trying to reach Service Department for three days in a row by leaving voice messages, but no return calls as of yet. An annoying, stupid robot phone system accelerates the situation.
The service is a lifeline for users. If Mitsubishi continues to ignore users in service, they will quickly walk out of Mitsubishi, because they cannot maintain business, cannot visit hospitals, cannot attend schools, cannot buy foods.

One of the worst car dealers in South Bay. I kept being ignored by your service personnel; he did not return my calls for three days in a row. I will sell my Outlander and buy a 4Runner.
There was a recall on some electrical or computer system so I took the car for service. But the car was not even inspected apparently for brakes, fluids, etc. there was also an issue with the sunroof. It wasn’t working. I was told 10 days until the party arrived, it’s been a month and I have not heard anything or they have scheduled the appointment to fix the sunroof.

I was at the dealer around 6 hours to buy a car. I wish I would've left. When the finance rep finally got to me, the document signing was completely rushed. Traded in old car and was assured they'd take care of all the DMV paperwork. I received a ticket date 2 weeks after the trade in of my old car. Contacted dealer and left messages. No one ever got back to me. Now I have to deal with the DMV and the ticket.
Service is awesome, they are friendly and always attentive. Got my service done in less than an hour and was able to walk around Redondo Beach and enjoy some local food which was delicious!! It’s also a plus that they have a coffee machine!! It’s a little bit of a drive for me but with the service they give it’s totally worth it!!

Service left a lug nut loose. Front brake pads installed incorrectly on a hellcat. I took delivery of my plum crazy hellcat on Friday, Sunday as I was cleaning the wheels I noticed front left side brake pads. The outer pads installed incorrectly- after the dealer just replaced them. Adam takes care of it gets me my car back in a couple hours. Then the next day I noticed a lug nut is missing from the wheel! In a hellcat in aany car that is inexcusable.

The dealership is in a great location and while waiting for service, an easy walk to the beach. The service representative clearly explained the work and answered my questions. The waiting area was comfortable (restroom, coffee. TV...) & the environment was clean & comfortable.

Experience was 10/10. Turned 18 this year and still was able to walk out with a 2019 Nissan Altima. Kevin Flores was the man on this one helped me step by step on everything and was very kind.
The service managers David and Michael were excellent. I had a transmission issue and they went to bat with the corporation to get my transmission replaced because it was still under warranty. They have such an excellent warranty program. I’m completely satisfied with the work they did.
I’m extremely pleased with the work they did. The repair was extensive involving a transmission replacement. Although it took them some time to get their proof from corporate, as soon as they got the OK my car is ready in three days. Michael and David, the service managers, are awesome.

They told us we would have to wait for them to order a new key and that they would come to us to program it at no cost. I've been waiting for the SDA2 radio replacement for a year. Didn't hear anything back from them. I've tried two attempts to reach to them but they are playing with me keep saying the part will arrive in few weeks. I am very careful with dealers because I have had a terrible past experience purchasing from smaller "'mom and pop style dealers". They were transparent with me that that the dealership is basically 2 dealers, a Mitsubishi dealer that they essentially use to sell their other more sports and exotic cars.
