Service left a lug nut loose. Front brake pads installed incorrectly on a hellcat. I took delivery of my plum crazy hellcat on Friday, Sunday as I was cleaning the wheels I noticed front left side brake pads. The outer pads installed incorrectly- after the dealer just replaced them. Adam takes care of it gets me my car back in a couple hours. Then the next day I noticed a lug nut is missing from the wheel! In a hellcat in aany car that is inexcusable.

The dealership is in a great location and while waiting for service, an easy walk to the beach. The service representative clearly explained the work and answered my questions. The waiting area was comfortable (restroom, coffee. TV...) & the environment was clean & comfortable.

Experience was 10/10. Turned 18 this year and still was able to walk out with a 2019 Nissan Altima. Kevin Flores was the man on this one helped me step by step on everything and was very kind.
The service managers David and Michael were excellent. I had a transmission issue and they went to bat with the corporation to get my transmission replaced because it was still under warranty. They have such an excellent warranty program. I’m completely satisfied with the work they did.
I’m extremely pleased with the work they did. The repair was extensive involving a transmission replacement. Although it took them some time to get their proof from corporate, as soon as they got the OK my car is ready in three days. Michael and David, the service managers, are awesome.
We just drove away in an awesome 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack which was all made possible from Jana who made our car buying experience fantastic! Jana is an enthusiast so she appreciated what we were looking for in a performance V8 4 door vehicle. The people that helped me were nice, but there was a last minute stock issue that caused them to have to reschedule me, and after my appointment I received a lot of text messages unrelated to my service, trying to get me to trade in my car.

They forgot to mention that the vehicle only came with one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys.
They told us we would have to wait for them to order a new key and that they would come to us to program it at no cost. Well, my husband ended up driving 1.5 hours back to the dealership to have the second key programmed, a month after we got the car, because we had to keep texting and calling to remind them that they still owed us a second key.

Staff was very professional and the Service Manager informed me of a time my vehicle would be ready and almost to the exact time I was notified to pick upy car. Everyone in service seems to be in time with their customers.
These guys sold me a car with a battery harness thats burning and flood damage and havent returned my calls nor my email.
I am very careful with dealers because I have had a terrible past experience purchasing from smaller "'mom and pop style dealers". They were transparent with me that that the dealership is basically 2 dealers, a Mitsubishi dealer that they essentially use to sell their other more sports and exotic cars. They are a good decent dealer, they had the typical mark ups and unnecessary add ons though.
